Well, there's two possible scenarios. The first scenario is... You haven't verbalize with Tsuyu after the date on the beach. The second scenario is... You commenced the mission of the Cave alone.
i cant seem to get midnights second cut scene, ive gotten all 3 girls sent mei ahead as scout and had jiro on my team but i still cant get there without killing to many things? im confused on what to do

You can unlock those scenes if you choose to blackmail her when given the option.

The easiest way to achieve this is to have Jiro join you AND send Mei to look for Midnight.
The hard way is not having one of the above or both, while choosing the right combination of teammates to avoid as many fight as possible on the way.
I was more on the fact dose the mall rescue event just happen or do you have to do something special after finishing everyone's events
Mei is always busy I finished all since all has nothing to do I finished the mall rescue too what do I do since mei is always busy

You have to finish their route up to a certain point for them to join you.
Tsuyu can only join you at the cave if you DON'T blackmail her.
when ever i start the game all my cut sences are gon😭
Save the scene click on the menu while you're playing,I suggest you save when ur done playing or if ur gonna go.
