Yes , Sir In Tsuyu's Galler , I unlocked 1st 4 scenes but I can't unlock after that & In Ochaco's I unlock 1st 3 Scenes but I can't unlock after that .

For the rest of Tsuyu, you have to choose to blackmail her when asked. For Ochako, yeah a screenshot would be nice, the one for the 4th scene is supposed to happen right after the 3rd.

I finish her path first before so I can complete her prior to Tsuyu's text but when I finish her path there's no option to have a chat with her to have her join only thing I've gotten to is the chat her and Tsuyu have at night in the park, am I just oblivious. Yes, all those 3 scenes can be missed. The Tsuyu and Ochaco ones are unlocked by bringing them into the cave lab with you during Mei's quest. After beating the tentacle boss there, they will tell you to come see them somewhere inside the lab (Ochaco in Lab-02, Tsuyu in Lab-03). If you go straight out of the cave without meeting them, then those scenes are missed.
The Midnight one is missed because you 'failed' the mall rescue by taking on too many fights on the way, thus arriving late, and Midnight was rescued by other Heroes. The easiest way NOT to fail this section is by having Jiro join you (completing her route prior to receiving Tsuyu's text), AND send Mei to look for Midnight when given the choice.
If you don't have one or the other, or both, then pay attention to the dialogues. Your teammate will tell you if you're making a mistake when arranging your team. Or at least will hint at the correct arrangement.
Now that those scenes are missed though, the only way to unlock them is to load a save prior to them happening, or starting a new game.

If you've already sold the security card and can't access the monster, this is an oversight on my part, I'm sorry. It will be fixed in the next update. If this is the case though, you can get the card back by opening the console (Shift+ O) and type in "mc_inv.take(cavelabcard02)", without the "".

Hi, those are bugs that we've already found and they will be fixed in the public release. For now, you can fix them by console:
Ochaco: Go to her house in the evening, and type this in the console: jump Ochaco_Event_x_59
Tsuyu: Go to the park in the evening, and type: jump Nemuri_Tsuyu_1_22
